Probuzen\u00ed mus\u00ed b\u00fdt pomal\u00e9 a citliv\u00e9, abychom se vyvarovali z\u00e1vrati.\u00a0Cvi\u010den\u00ed j\u00f3gov\u00e9ho sp\u00e1nku m\u016f\u017eeme prov\u00e1d\u011bt samoz\u0159ejm\u011b tak\u00e9 ve vzp\u0159\u00edmen\u00e9m sedu. Vybereme si jeden z j\u00f3gov\u00fdch sed\u016f, kter\u00fd je pro n\u00e1s pohodln\u00fd (kter\u00fd pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me p\u0159i meditaci). Postup je vlastn\u011b stejn\u00fd jako u nidry vle\u017ee.
